Fumetto-Luzern-die Schweiz

Freshly back from Fumetto . I'll just quickly underline what's been the most. Most nice was that on the first day we found out that not only my work has been selected for the exhibition

but also Rem's.

Most interesting exhibitions were those of Souther Salazar, Thomas Ott and Dani Affolter, Chihoi, Brecht Evans, and of course Jack Kirby. Most happy I am because I got to meet and talk to Dan Perjovschi, an artist -in the old sense of the word- who's works I admire for a long time. Most thankful I am to David Schielter , maker of Kus magazine and The Last Match, cause he introduced us to most of the people we met there. Most fond, I am of Juanita, romanian german gipsy vampire, born in Sighisoara (thats 52km from my hometown), living in Berlin and making beautiful comics. Most annoyed I was of the prices in Switzerland. Most impressed I was with the screening at the KTv night - all animated music videos, but twisted as they can be. Most sorry I am, we didn't have more time to spend with our hosts Gisela and Markus from Couchsurfing.

Well - went to Brussels... and very touristicaly to museums, but let me tell you I didn't enjoy so much the BOZAR or the Centre du BD , as I did this creepy, lovely place

First day was like this:but then it got better

well it's not Austria, after all, may there be english money, it's still bulgarian administration (Romania is not worth mentioning)

... all in all, a good experience.

Mauer Mob

When in Berlin - do as berliners.

Two weeks ago was the celebration of 20 years since the fall of the Berlin Wall.

There was a big havoc all around the city, so we couldn't completely miss the action (as we did with the traditional police fight on the 1'st of May), especially since we had guests... So we enlisted, guests included in the Mauer Mob - that aimed to place people with lights all along the trace of the wall.

We went a bit further from our home , even though the wall used to pass really close to our place, thinking that maybe after we could go see what's on at the Brandemburger Tor... Not a chance! there must have been a million people out in the street there
